OUR SERVICES
For Seniors
We provide services for seniors who wish to stay home but need support to maintain their routines and keep up with daily tasks.
As seniors with health complications and disability age, they deserve to be treated with dignity and compassion, and that is what we strive to do through our in-home healthcare services in Ontario.
In-home health care services can assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. They can also include assistance with meals, housekeeping, and transportation.
The compassionate team at Therapeutic Community Care is happy to customize a care plan to meet the needs of each senior!
For Adults
If an adult in your life has a disability or mental health issue, Therapeutic Community Care is here to provide them with flexible support when they need it most.
Our team also strives to offer developmentally challenged adults in Ontario in-home and out-home healthcare services.

For Children and Youth
We support individuals between 10 to the age of 21 and provide an adequate and professional assessment of each individual.
Therapeutic Community Care has experience working with children with special needs and is familiar with the types of therapies and interventions that can be helpful for children with developmental and behavioural challenges.
We work alongside individuals and their families and design support to meet the unique needs of each child or youth and are tailored to their strengths and needs.
Respite care for
Family Care Givers
If you feel overwhelmed from providing around-the-clock care to your loved one, let our in-home caregivers give you a break with our outstanding respite care services.
Liaising with the patient/family and the hospital staff to help explain procedures and communicate concerns.
Our expert staff can help you stay in the loop about your loved one’s medical care while in the hospital.
When you partner with our in-home caregivers, you can rest assured that we’ll keep you updated with regard to your loved one’s activities, nutrition, care, and more.
Counselling
We prioritize a deep understanding of our counselling clients, recognizing that their unique concerns, aspirations, and motivations are of utmost importance.
Our dedicated team is committed to addressing the intricate emotional and psychological challenges that our clients often face, which encompass a broad spectrum including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem struggles, and significant life transitions.
Our clients' primary drive is their sincere pursuit of guidance and assistance in effectively navigating these complex issues.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is based on the notion that specialized homes, when appropriate, provide an ideal setting for a regular institution setting. The core belief is that each specialized home environment increases the ability of individuals to work toward ‘normalization.’ This format of staff-supported living will enable the individual to live as independently as possible with an appropriate support system in place on a one-to-one basis.

Wherever possible, individuals grow and develop best in supportive environments.Treatment is most effective when it is tailored to the needs of individuals and their families. Respect for cultural diversity is foremost in our treatment process;The individual’s family, wherever possible and appropriate, will remain in their decision-making roles as educator, nurturer, and caregiver. TCC will work with family members to support them in a beneficial role within their family structure.Treatment is far more successful and effective when it addresses the individual’s priorities, when it is goal oriented and involves the family as a partner in the planning the decision-making, and when it empowers the indisucceed to success for both the individuals and their families
